Shipping Policy
U.S. Shipping
Free shipping is available on U.S. orders of $40 or more.
Processing Times
Orders are prepared for shipment according to the following timelines:
- Original paintings: usually ready to ship within 2 business days
- Prints: usually ready to ship within 2 business day
- Commissioned artwork: please allow up to 2 weeks for the completed painting to be prepared for shipment
Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare and package your order before it is handed to the shipping carrier. Delivery time begins once the order has shipped.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has shipped, delivery times will depend on the shipping carrier and destination.
If tracking information is available for your order, it will be provided once the shipment has been processed.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Original Artwork
Original paintings are carefully packaged before shipment. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at suzan@creativecornertx.com and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged artwork
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
- Any visible damage to the package
Please keep all original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.
If an original painting is confirmed to have been damaged in transit, we will work with you on an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund, repair, replacement where possible, or a shipping carrier claim.
For packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing or stolen after delivery, Creative Corner is not responsible for theft after confirmed delivery. We recommend checking with household members, neighbors, building management, and the shipping carrier first.
If a package is lost in transit before confirmed delivery, please contact us so we can assist with the carrier claim and determine the appropriate resolution.
Because original artwork is one-of-a-kind, an identical replacement may not be possible.
