Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Creative Corner events have limited seating, and materials and supplies are prepared in advance for each participant. We understand that plans can change, so our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and the studio.

Single Events

Cancellations 7 or more days before the event

You may choose to:

• Receive a refund to your original payment method, less a 5% non-refundable booking and processing fee, or
• Transfer your registration to another available event, subject to availability.

The processing fee covers transaction and ticketing costs incurred when the original registration is placed.

Cancellations between 48 hours and 6 days before the event

Cash refunds are not available during this period.

You may choose to:

• Reschedule once to another available event, or
• Receive studio credit toward a future Creative Corner event.

Studio credit is not redeemable for cash and must be used within 6 months of the original event date.

Cancellations less than 48 hours before the event

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled event, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for a refund, rescheduling, or studio credit.

At this point, your seat has been reserved and event materials and supplies have already been prepared.

Ticket Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person. Please contact us with the new attendee's name before the event.

Multi-Week Clubs & Series

Registration for a multi-week club or series reserves your participant's space for the full program.

Once the program begins, missed individual sessions are non-refundable and are not automatically eligible for make-up sessions.

If you know in advance that you will miss a session, please contact us. When scheduling and capacity allow, we may offer an alternative arrangement, but make-up sessions cannot be guaranteed.

For cancellation of an entire multi-week registration before the program begins, the same cancellation timeframes above apply unless otherwise stated on the program listing.

If Creative Corner Cancels or Reschedules an Event

If Creative Corner cancels an event, you may choose between:

• A full refund,
• Studio credit, or
• Transfer to another available event.

If an event is rescheduled, registered guests will be given the option to attend the new date or select an available alternative.

Original Paintings

All sales of original paintings are final. Original artwork cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
