Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy – Studio Events

Tickets for studio events are non-refundable.

FOR SINGLE EVENTS:

Cancellations 48+ hours before the event
– You may request to reschedule to another available session or
– Receive a voucher/credit to use toward a future event of equal or lesser value.

Cancellations less than 48 hours before the event
– We’re unable to offer rescheduling, vouchers, or refunds for late cancellations or no-shows, as supplies and seating are prepared in advance.

FOR MULT-WEEK CLUBS:

 Because our club sessions are limited and spots are reserved, missed sessions cannot be refunded or made up unless arranged in advance for special circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to creating art together!
